StillLearnin
I have been looking for a new rifle scope for a while now and still am having trouble narrowing the search. I will be going to look at some in person next weekend to check the clarity and such. The two I am planning on looking at are the Nikon Buckmaster 4.5-14x40 and the Burris Fullfield II 4.5-14x42 I like the parralax adjustment and the warranty on the nikon but I think the burris might be a better quality scope any suggestions. blacktailslayer
Re: More rifle scope decisions. I really like the Burris scope. I know a few people that have the Fullfield 2 and love them. Im thinking about getting one.
NEIOWAARCHER
Re: More rifle scope decisions. I just bought a BSA 4-16x40 mildot. Although it is a lower priced scope, the quality is ecellent. Crystal clear, rugged and accurate. I know I'll be looking at more BSA items in the future. OJR
Re: More rifle scope decisions. I have had both the Buckmasters and the Fullfield II and will take the Burris over the Nikon anytime! Burris is a very clear scope and gathers light real good! That is what I shot that elk with the other day and it was right at sunrise and foggy!
wtnhunt
Re: More rifle scope decisions. I have both of those scope in a 3-9X40, and without any doubt would take the nikon over the burris. The nikon in low light is by far and away a brighter scope.
