Turkeygirl
So with all this tweaking on my bow and arrows, I'm still waiting for the new strings to come, but I raised the DW from 46 to 49lbs. and checked the tiller, got it as about as even as my eyes could tell. I'm sticking with the Beman ICS 500 Hunter arrows. My current ones are 25.5" from nock grove to end of shaft, with my DL beng 26" so I think that's an alright arrow length. Plan on ordering some bare shafts somewhere. I've got a Grayling Fletching jig on order, have to get some glue, got arrow wraps on order, and decided on Blazer colors.(blue, white, and neon yellow, but blue and white will be colors on arrows, yellow if I want to change or Andy decides he wants Blazers to). I just wanted to ask, before I spend the money on a bunch of Blazers, are the Blazers going to work with my revised set-up? I would hate to buy 6 doz. of them and then have to switch back to 4" vanes again....Give me your input!
Squirrelhunter91
Re: My arrow set-up From what I understand, the 2" Blazer was designed to perform like a standard 4" vane. I see no reason that the vanes won't work with your setup.
tedicast
Re: My arrow set-up Ruth...you will have absolutely no problems with blazers. I wouldn't even worry about it.
Turkeygirl
Re: My arrow set-up alright, thanks guys:-) That's what I want to hear, lol. I hear alot of good things about blazers, minus the glue problems, but I'm gonna go with them.
PAstringking
Re: My arrow set-up the advice that i was given by many people on AT was that blazers pretty much work with every set-up you dont have to buy 6 dozen if you dont want too...go onto AT and you can buy 36 or so for really cheap in any color...or there are some people that will send you a few to try out. good luck turkeygirl

Guest Finn
Re: My arrow set-up Blazers work just great with my XT and Gold Tip Pro Hunters. I think you'll be happy with them.
Turkeygirl
Re: My arrow set-up I don't plan on shooting deer out past 30 yards with broadheads. I might try farther with field points.
Tom2008
Re: My arrow set-up I had my proshop put them on my arrows and they improved the preformace of my Maxima Hunters immensley. Your set-up will be just fine with the blazers if not better!
