Adjam5 Posted February 18, 2007 Report Share Posted February 18, 2007 I saw the post on Ryan Klesko and it got me thinking about pro atheletes in the hunting and shooting sports. These are the pros that I know of that are involved with the outdoors. Roger Clemens(big time texan), Jeff Kent(mathews Pro staff), Wade Boggs(PSE shooter), Turk Wendell(wore alligator teeth), Ryan Klesko, Karl Malone(NBA)on NRA board of dir., I know Mike Stanton(pitcher) is a hunter( I see/talk to him often, he also is from texas). Ben McDonald is on Realtree all the time....he's an ex-MLB pitcher. Golfers Hal Sutton, Jack Nicklaus and Davis Love are big hunters. I have seen all of them except Becket on a New England hunting show. I know that Timlin wears a camo shirt under his jersey each game. Lots of Nascar drivers and personalities are big into hunting and fishing. Earnhardt was a fanatic, also Jeff Green, Ward Burton, Truex Jr, Richard Childress.
