NAILED THEM!!!

Three first nation hunters were found guilty of hunting out of season this week in our local court-they shot three elk after dark on my friend's land last fall. Wrecked a bunch of fence and one of the elk was wounded and crawled away and died behind their house. They should just let my friend punish them he's a big old boy-just glad the judge had enough jam to find them guilty and not fall for their sustenance hunting b.s. The amount of game up here it's sickening and ridiculous that anybody would have to hunt at night.

Re: NAILED THEM!!!

At night-right by the house-off the highway-wrecked a bunch of fence-I know the guys who did it they are far from starving-kind of well fed if you get my drift. The sad thing is if they'd of showed up in the daylight they might of got permission because of all the crop damage the elk are doing up there.

Re: NAILED THEM!!!

lol sorry buckee i wasn't thinking when i typed that word. Superguide it is good that at least for now the courts still consider the night hunting thing a public safety issue so at least that won't be accepted. Too bad some have to do that because some really do just go shoot what they need, and do it during the hunting season just minus the tag. Unfortunately liek ono-native hunters some seem to forget what private property is and go shoot far more than they need or can use just because they can.
