sounds funny i know, but an ex girlfriend's parents own a flower shop...... i used to get the green foam stuff from them, that they put on the bottoms of flowers/fake flowers, etc to hold the wiring. Mark off where you need to cut it and scroll saw it right off.....

My quiver locks the arrows in two places so I just take the foam out. I still have the cover to protect my heads but to me, pulling your arrows in and out of the foam could dull just little IMO.

When you put the replacement foam back in, I like to spray a little of that expanding foam insulation you get in a spray can from the hardware store in the hood above it and then insert the replacement foam insert into it and let the expansion do its thing. This holds it in place really goood and helps dampen the vibration in the hood silencing the quiver.
