OJR
Re: ***Remington Recall*** That doesn't surprise me. That 710 is one real cheap piece of work! Sorry to see Remington doing a model like it!

bowana
Re: ***Remington Recall*** Does not shock me. Probably the cheapest of the cheapest turn bolts. Remington did themselves no favors here.
LETMGROW
Re: ***Remington Recall*** [ QUOTE ] Does not shock me. Probably the cheapest of the cheapest turn bolts. Remington did themselves no favors here. [/ QUOTE ] This is true up to a point. I bought one in 30-06 a few years back to serve as a foul weather gun. I upgraded the scope and it really is a good shooter. I haven't had a problem at all. I didn't expect the quality of a high end rifle, just a basic gun to hunt with in inclement weather. It works well.
NEIOWAARCHER
Re: ***Remington Recall*** I agree with letemgrow. I personally don't own one. But in addition. The average joe who don't have alot of money to deer hunt and such, but still wants to be part of the deer hunting guys, it's a great gun. My cousin has one. I helped him sight it in. I was suprised by how well it shot.
