Guest NJPAHOYTHUNTER
What kind of feeders does everyone use? What are your likes/dislikes and how long do the batteries last?

Texan_Til_I_Die
Re: Feeder Recomendations Are you talking about a timed feeder for dispensing corn or protein pellets? If so, check out the OnTime Lifetime Elite. They take 10 AA batteries and a set will last about 9 - 10 months if you set it up to feed twice a day. bowhtr1
Re: Feeder Recomendations I have 8 moultrie feeders and they work great. I have had them for 3 years now and they are still going with no problems. I bought the cheaper tripod version for around 69 dollars and put larger drums on them. They have a dusk and dawn feature but you can add the timer for about 15 dollars. They came with a metal spin plate and funnel also. This is a must have item. Check out moultriefeeders.com. dogdoc
Re: Feeder Recomendations I use the kenco feeders. They are a directional feeder with 3 motors in each feeder. I've had one now for about 8 years and still going strong. They take two 6V lantern batteries and the batteries last a good 6 months.
