c_lou
It's nice when we can pass on our hobbies/obsession to young ones. Especially if they are our own. Keep her practicing.
Guest SLBDEERHUNTER
Re: Pretty cool I let both of my hunting sons kill their first deer with the same gun I killed my first deer with. It was cool.

Jeramie
Re: Pretty cool Man that is a perfect caliber for kids! The recoil is nil. My niece is 13 now and she has been shooting them since she was 10. She loves to shoot a .223 also. She will probably never deer hunt but when we go out shooting she like to come out with us because she knows she's going to get to fling some led! womanwhohunts
Re: Pretty cool That is so cool. Thanks for sharing. Our boys are still "new" it seems to long guns. Our oldest will shoot anything. We got a new singleshot 12 and he had to shoot it before I did.Our younger son will wait and watch and see if he wants to shoot one or not.He just shot the .410 a couple weeks ago.I know its not a big gun,but when he pulled it to his shoulder it looked big.He handled it well and can't wait to do it again. Don't know how else to say this, but, from a daughter to a dad, thanks. My dad taught me and I'm still not sure he knows how much it meant to me.
