Widowmaker
I am looking into a fallaway rest that has total capture. The ones that I am looking into are the Ripcord and the QAD Ultra-rest. Looking for some feedback on either one of these rests. What you like or dislike. Thanks. Guest bruteshooter
Re: Need your opinion on a fallaway rest! I have the QAD Ultr Pro LD and I found they are more than the ripcord. Just make sure you get the LD model, since the others including the ripcord from what I'm told, sometimes tend to bounce back up and down slightly after the drop. The LD or LOCK DOWN takes care of that. Mine is the top of the line and still came in under $100 in camo and less in black.
Born2Hunt
Re: Need your opinion on a fallaway rest! Many people I shoot with own the Ripcord and love it. I have shot it an like it as well.

tallone
Re: Need your opinion on a fallaway rest! I just got the QAP LD but am waiting on Gibblet for some strings so I haven't really used it much but it seems like a really nice rest. I have a drop zone on my other bow and other than it not being total containment I love that rest.
Buckslayer
Re: Need your opinion on a fallaway rest! I'm looking at the same rest also, if you haven't seen it, here is the link. So far slight bounce back is the only downside I've heard of the QAD ultra-rest, but the LD model takes care of that. http://www.qadinc.com/c-5-.aspx

AdvantageTimberLou
Re: Need your opinion on a fallaway rest! I just got a Vital Bow Gear Kazaway and so far it looks impressive. I like how it captures the arrow and it CAN'T fall off until your ready to shoot!

Pinwheel5
Re: Need your opinion on a fallaway rest! It's not a total capture fallaway but check out the limbdriver rest. I read some about it online and dismissed it but after a while after reading soooo much good about it I had to try it. They were right. Best rest I have ever used, fall away or not, trust me, I have used almost all of 'em.
maddhunter
Re: Need your opinion on a fallaway rest! I've had a Ripcord on my Switchback for about a year now and love it. I won't be changing it iether. It makes no noise at all and I love that it locks up before you draw. The Quad is basically the same concept and design though and looks like a good rest. RUTNSTRUT
Re: Need your opinion on a fallaway rest! I just put a Limbdriver on my new Ross and all I can say is AWESOME. Mark my words this will become THE best dropaway ever.
Guest Hunter36
Re: Need your opinion on a fallaway rest! I also shoot the Limb Driver... Its a beatuiful thing. I like it better than the Trophy Taker I had on before it just from a comfort standpoint (no pulling on cables)
