I have to go back in for a small operation the second week of June but not to worry the arent cutting on me just putting me out and using a small camra to take a look. If it is cancer of some kind witch isent likely at 20ys old but always a chance thats going to stink. But its a Colon Oscapy? Guess thats how you spell it. Just one thing I need someone with a scanner to post the pics for me I would have to mail them to someone so they could post them for me. Anyone? I am ashamed to say that once again, I was shut out for the season. I am also embarassed to say that I actually shot the same Jake 2 times, and watched him fly away. Should you quit hunting or I or anyone give up becouse they have missed a huge buck or Tom heck no just hang in their and it will all come together for you. IN_hunter Posted May 12, 2007 Report Share Posted May 12, 2007 I will get to go one more time this season. Went out yesterday and had two jakes come in, one was gobbling and strutting like crazy. We decided to go to the same spot this morning and had 5 jakes come in but we set up in the wrong spot for the tom. We decided to try and sneak up on the tom and saw him, but when we got set up the stinkin' neighbor came cruisin' up on his lawn mower. I hoping for the best on Sunday morning, my wife said she heard some gobbling where Im going this morning around 9:30, so I may even get to sleep in a little. I may try to head back out this evening but i dont kow if i will be able to congrats on the big big brad im glad somebody scored on one!! Ive been real busy with spring football practice everyday for the past week i havent been able to get on here or go huntin, so maybe the good lord will give me some good luck tommorow as well as good weather..... I had a couple close calls early in the season and then basically nothing. This is the first time in years that I did not score on a turkey!! Sorry to let the team down! brad dryden Posted May 18, 2007 Report Share Posted May 18, 2007 I sent out the pics today of my turkey to get posted and they arent good at all. they are all blury exept the one of my with the turkey. the beard is so blury it looks like its reading about 10 3/4 and the spures look like they arent the 1inch looks more like they are 7/8 im kinda worried about not getting the full score what the bird got.
