Re: Cub Cadet owners

[ QUOTE ]

Today's Cubs are not yesterday's Cubs, if that makes any sense. Cub Cadet was bought out by MTD a few years ago I believe. I don't think today's Cubs are as good as the old Cub Cadet company.

Re: Cub Cadet owners

I own a 3000 (3206) it has a Kohler engine and starts right up everytime. I have a 50" deck. I have 5 acres of sprinkled lawn.......if it was up to me it would all be imperial clover....but it was not up to me. Soo, now I have 2 mowers a commercial bob-cat zero turn radius and the Cub. I also use the Cub Cadet to Snow blow my driveway in the winter. Its about a 1/4 mile long! I have burned a couple of belts up by getting chunks of ice caught in the turbine, other than that it runs like a champ. My dad has the B-series Kabota. No comparison against the cadet. Kabota is in a class of its own.
