toddyboman
Does your hinge pin remove easily? Mine does not remove to easily. I have to tap it out with hammer. A guy at basspro told me they should be able to take it out with your finger. I told him no way. So this got me to thinking maybe I am the one that is wrong. I am thinking about buying this tool to help. ANyone have this?? encore tool
Hardwood_HD
Re: Encore Gun Owners no i have to tap ours out lightly with a hammer or something as well, pretty neat looking tool might have to pick one up
VTbowman
Re: Encore Gun Owners I can remove mine with my finger but it takes the bbl and frame to be prefectly aligned and no stress right or left as I am trying to remove it. Sometimes it feels like it will not budge until I move the bbl back and forth, pressure-wise, to find the sweet spot. The tolerances are really tight as they should be. I also keep mine lightly oiled.
Pudd
Re: Encore Gun Owners no need for the tool , mine removes very easy , as long as like VT said , no stress on the barrel to frame.

robk
Re: Encore Gun Owners you need tog et their pin remover. makes it so easy to remove the pin but you need a semi tight pin to keep the barrel and action from wobbling and creating poor shooting accuracy rob k
