Straight Shooter
Re: ross bow One of the best shooting and handling bows I've felt. When I get some new bows, that'll be my choice
Gator
Re: ross bow I shot one awhile back, and was pleasantly surprised by how good it pulled and shot. Can now say it did have more hand shock than my SB without the stabilizer installed
RUTNSTRUT
Re: ross bow They shoot good enough for me to stop shooting Hoyt's and Mathews and switch to Ross.
WVreddot870
Re: ross bow I ordered my Cardaic after shooting it at the ATA. I was very impressed---sold my Trykon. Ross has their act together!

Tom2008
Re: ross bow I've heard a lot of good things about Ross bows. They always seem to come out with something that is really nice. I hope you find the right one.

magnatecsteve
Re: ross bow I was in the market for a new bow last year. I went to the shop and test fired a Hoyt Trykon, Matthews Switchback, and the Ross line-up. It was instantly a decision between the Ross or Trykon, and I went with the Ross CR337. Best shooting bow I have ever owned, been shooting Hoyt for several years. The only thing with the Matthews, after the break, there seemed to be very little space between that and the back wall. I felt like the bow was trying to jump out of my hand, but the draw length wasn't perfect either. The Trykon was great shooting, but I kinda wanted something new, EVERYONE around here shoots Hoyt or Matthews, so it's kinda boring when you go shoot 3-D and everyone is toting the same gear. Seriously need to check out the Ross line-up though!!

Guest gowandasuper
Re: ross bow I had a 334 and hunted with it last fall. One of the nicest feeling bows I have ever shot. The biggest downfall for me, was it was a little slower than I prefer and it had a cushy wall. I have a very short true dl of 26.5" I like my hunting setup to be around 254fps and I could only get 241 with the 334. I tend to pull hard on the wall at the end of the draw cycle and the ross cam draws so easy and smooth that i pulled through the "sweet spot" more often than not. Even with the 65% letoff module it felt like most 80% letoff bows I have shot in the past. That being said, I will probably own the Cardiac in late May and plan on hunting with that bow. I have yet to shoot the Cardiac, but from what i have read and talked to others with, it addresses my "personal" and I reiterate they are my own shortcomings of the 30 series (331,334,337) ross bows.
