ryan1990
i arrowed another squirrel yesterday (im postin pics tonight.) and i decided to make some jerky out of his meat. i cut the meat off him then washed it and put it in a ziploc in the freezer. i got 1/2 cup of water the added a tablespoon of soy sauce and a teaspoon of liquid smoke. then also added 1 tablespoon of cure. mix all that up the poor it into the ziploc of thawed meat. let it set for about an hour. then take the meat out and sprinkle creole seasoning and fresh craked pepper on the meat. put it in a dehydrator and let it run over night. than you have a delicious squirell snack. I read someone was saying to do that The bones are like powder and you don't got to de bone it. Just curious if anyone does it that way
