natethebowhunter
what is the cost for a new string on a pse bow???and also what is the usual cost for getting it put on?
LifeNRA
Re: new string??? Most shops will install a new string for a small fee, or even free if you bought the bow there. There are numerous string makers out there. I paid $43 for a complete set. Thats a no stretch 452x material. So far I like it, and will get another when needed. Probably would be best to go where you bought your bow, if possible. http://www.hmbowstrings.com/
QDMAworks4me
Re: new string??? I would say about $40 for the string and depending if you are using knock sets or string loop, and weather or not you are going to need a new peep sight and all the other things that go along with your string. I am sure your dealer could tell you off the top of his head with a quick phone call or stop down and see them. Good luck
Turkeygirl
Re: new string??? I got a set of strings and cables for $50 from Bucknasty on archerytalk.com...beautiful strings! I went to a new shop and they charged $25 to install the strings and cables, put a string loop on and do a tune up like check the cam timing and such... AdvantageTimberLou
Re: new string??? You should do both, string and cables. Contact Bucknasty over at www.archerytalk.com and he can set you up. You will have to wait but the wait is worth it, awesome strings, high quality, and a great price!
