Re: Your Heritage/Nationality

I'm Polish and Welsh/Dutch. I was raised on Polish and Dutch living mostly. Very little of the Welsh traditions were practiced anymore by my family come my generation. They meshed pretty closely into a Dutch area of the state when they came to America.

Re: Your Heritage/Nationality

Grandparents (Dad's side) came over from Germany.

Grandparent (Mom's side) are some English something.

I just claim the German part and go with it.

Re: Your Heritage/Nationality

Father's side...French and Mi'kmaq (French here since 1605).

Mother's side...Scottish (here since 1782).

Most of them LeBlanc's in Loo-zee-anna...yup...they're my kin. Last family reunion, they estimated 50, 000 of us showed up!!

(It's interesting to note how many of us have 'native' blood)

Re: Your Heritage/Nationality

American.

My grandparents on my fathers side were from Belgium and France with my great grandparents on that side having come into this country in the late 1800's. My mothers side my grandparents were English, Irish, and German origins, but dont really know all that much history as to when they moved to this country.
