Hillbilly
My Winchester 1300 12 guage has worked wonders with the Xtended Range Turkey Loads. It was windy and it was blowing our darn target around.... First is the Supreme Turkey loads with Super Full Undertaker choke. At 40 yrds.. Shot to the left real bad, but still I think that bird would be down or a bad headache in the morning. Here's the Tru Glo Xtreme Gobbler Stopper with Xtended Range. 40 yrds. The reflection off the paper is horrible but there is a bunch of holes in the paper. Dead Turkey!!!!!!! The Gobbler Stopper from Tru Glo performs great with the Xtended Range.... I love it. 3 inch at #6 shot.... As of right now a Tru Glo optic sight is being put on the gun. Should be done pretty soon. Will post gun soon. Guest HoppeMan
Re: Pattern Results. Check it out. That there is a dead bird Perfection is best, but that pattern shown to us would've dropped him Take care, Nathan
Strut10
Re: Pattern Results. Check it out. My guess is that the wind was blowing from your right to your left. The wind will play more havoc on a shotgun pattern than many would give it credit for. Especially out in the 40 yard area. Don't crank your sights too far until you get to shoot on a calm day. Center that pattern on old Tom's noggin and he's a goner.
LifeNRA
Re: Pattern Results. Check it out. Hold the paper between the sun or a bright sky, and you with the camera. No need for flash. You want to shade the camera with your target. The holes in the paper should show up real well.
