Re: Diet Pop Causes Brain Damage????

There are about a million claims about diet Pop. Artery damage, brain damage, and ultimately death.... If there were that much evidence to prove it, the news would be FLOODED with reports.

I simply doubt it. Is it good to chug diet pop all the time? Not at all..... But regular pop is NOT a good trade off.

Just kick back, drink water, and watch the rest of the world get stupid..... wink.gif

Re: Diet Pop Causes Brain Damage????

There is a lot of truth in this. My wife was told not to drink diet sodas when she was pregnant because of the aspartame. Pediatricians recommend that you do not give aspartame drinks to any kids because it messes up their neural synapses (sp).

Personally I am allergic to aspartame. If I eat or drink it I will get terrible headaches. That is why I choose Slenda or sucralose for artificial sweetners.

This is not a spoof. It is very real!!

Re: Diet Pop Causes Brain Damage????

I guess it's a good thing I drink soda and not pop. JK

But seriously this is kind of interesting. I am a diabetic so all I drink for soda on the rare occasions I do drink it is diet. The high sugar and carbs in the regular soda are not good at all for me and now I cant drink diet soda either. I guess I will just have to be a diabetic with cancer.
