Have not used the imperial clover personally. have heard good things about it, but there are also a lot of other good quality for deer clovers on the market.

For planting would suggest whatever you plant to plant my the seed manufacturers specs. Clovers are planted on a firm seedbed, shallow, here for best results you would want to plant in the fall. Best advice I can give you seeing as how you are in Wisconsin is to contact Martin(Oneidaman) and ask him a few questions.

[/ QUOTE ]Go to the Whitetail Institute web site and look at the Imperial clover. It will tell you everything you need to know about planting clover. I believe they recomend 6 hrs of sunlight per day.

very good stuff nate........ my plot by the house is 4 yrs old and still going strong....i'm amazed at how turkeys will be in the stuff come spring cool.gif

money well spent imo.
