AJ
Re: How can I find out what year my shotgun was made? It's far from being very old as they did not start making them until 1987. That's where the 11-87 comes from. Did you see this page on Rem's site?
TurkeyHunter
Re: How can I find out what year my shotgun was made? Thanks AJ I'll check out the link when I get home. Its blocked here at work beng a gun site. (grin) I ordered a stock and forearm from cabels to replace my stock wood to keep it in good shape. However I have to force the forarm piece atleast I think its whats its called. When it does go on and pull the chamber back it gets stuck and wont release its so tight. I double checked the info on cabels and it should fit any 1187 (1986) or newer is why I was asking. I went a head and ordered another one hoping I just got a bad one. I would post a link to the one at cabels but of course its blocked to here at work. Thanks!
