Randy
Re: New Work Toy... It looks like a pretty nice weed eater. I'm tossing the idea around of getting a new one. I also thought about putting up a fence, buying a goat, and go fishing instead of mowing!!

toddyboman
Re: New Work Toy... [ QUOTE ] echo [/ QUOTE ] Thats what I couldnt decided on either a echo which I have always liked or the stihl. Went with the stihl better deal and a tag bigger motor. More power aaarrrraaarrrrrrrrrr
wtnhunt
Re: New Work Toy... Think the echos even with a smaller motor from what I have heard will outperfrom the stihl's. How much did that stihl run you?

unioncountyslayer
Re: New Work Toy... I'm an Echo man myself, but do own several Stihl tools (hedge trimmers, stick edgers, chain saws). From my experience, Echo's are a little lighter and turn slightly higher RPM's for cleaner cutting. But there's nothing in the world wrong with a Stihl. You're not going to be using it 8-10 hours a day like my guys either, so the extra weight won't bother you a bit.
