I can remember being in the hospital this last time after dropping 50+ lbs from my surgery. The nurse came in to look at my IV and I looked down at my bicep and I thought to myself "that's not my bicep. That's my 7th grade bicep." And no offense to some of the heftier guys, but you may want to include height and weight or body fat percentage. I'm 5'10" 175 with 6% body fat.
