hoyt_hunter Posted April 5, 2007 Report Share Posted April 5, 2007 i finally got a turkey with my bow after 2 years of hunting with it. 2 friends and i got set up where we thought turkeys were roosting on some public land 8 miles from where i live. Two calls and i got a response. I was using an h.s. strut old raspy hen diaphragm and i got 3 birds really worked up. 15 minutes later i shot the lead jake of the 3.
