Guest okla_bowhunter
Re: Double Bull Matrix. They are totally worth the money!!!!!!! Last week my dad and i were turkey hunting, and we had a hen walk about 3 feet from our blind, and we were just tryin the blind out, and trying to see how much movement we could get away with. We were wearing black clothes, and we just disappeared. The hen looked right in on us, and didn't see a thing. I will never be caught turkey huntin with a bow without a double bull!!!!! BowtechTurkeyHunter
Re: Double Bull Matrix. [ QUOTE ] i am guessing that you have used one then Steve? [/ QUOTE ] I use em sell and wouldn't recomend any other blind ... now if you cant afford one then Ameristep is what I would do simply because of the great customer service when something breaks ... DB wont break and it wont tear ... the fabric doesnt makie noise in the wind and it is so easy to setup ... I can do it in 5 seconds they claim 7 but I think that is for someone who doesnt do it that often ... and the DB guys are so easy to deal with ... where are you thinking of buying one at? Let me know I might be able to get youa little better deal Steve
Turkeygirl
Re: Double Bull Matrix. A neighbor had one....I think they are expensive...but they do work well and blend in nicely. His though when he pulled it ouf of the box, it was missing a clip on one of the straps...he returned it after deer season and got his money back. I wish I'd had a video when he and Andy first tried to set it up...they didn't read the instructions....2 guys underneath a tend trying to unfold it...lmbo! IowaDeerHunter
Re: Double Bull Matrix. From what I heard they are worth the money and more. If anyone has DB Another Year on the Ground V! watch the instructional video, it sells the blind. Needless to say my brother got one! unioncountyslayer
If you have one, they are worth the money. If you don't, no way!, too expensive! My dad has one, but he always buys the latest, greatest and most expensive new "got you sucker" products on the market. I'll stick with my Ground Maxx blind, $69.99 on sale at Bass Pro. Ohiobucks
Too much $$$ IMO $370 for a blind? Wow. I've got $80 in my Ameristep Doghouse delivered, it works just fine for me and my kids. No thanks to DB for me, I can think of a ton of hunting items I can buy with the $$$ I would save with an Ameristep vs. DB. Again, JMO. LifeNRA
DB claims that they are the only 360 degree viewing, not true! My Ameristep Intimidator has the 360 viewing too! I looked at them, built really well, but their camo has a lot to be desired! Yeah I know! LOL! Hey, at least mine is RT Hardwoods!
BowtechTurkeyHunter
369.99 shipped brand new from Double Bull. There is a huge part left out of this statement Russell ... maybe you didnt know .. but the only way you will get a blind from DB for 370 is a refurbished blind that they cant use cause they have hunted out of it and it is not include shippine ... the shipping for that blind will be 16.25 shipped via UPS that is straight from John at DB ... I think for a 30 dollar savings I would rather buy a new one ... And actually they dont claim to have the only 360 blind they claim they are the originators of the 360 blind HUGE difference ... there is no doubt that DB makes a far superior blind then ameristep but there is no doubt that ameristep makes a good blind either ... Steve Steve this is bought from a DB dealer though, not DB directly. Not sure if that makes a difference.

No thanks to DB for me, I can think of a ton of hunting items I can buy with the $$$ I would save with an Ameristep vs. DB. Again, JMO. i agree...$370..way to much, i get the same results out of my doghouse blind as i would a DB..GUARANTEED...as for the DB outlasting any other blind...i have left my doghouse out just about every day of every season for the last 5 or 6 years...still in perfect condition, never had to replace anything, no tears, and i have no problem with it spooking deer, no matter when i put it up...my next "big" hunting purchase will be the ameristep intimidator blind...but my doghouse will still be used, i plan on passing it down to my cousin, or giving it to my dad since he doesn't like treestands.
