Finally opened the little bag inside and seen the stakes and tie-down cords. Also, there was a bow/gun hook. Well I tried it out. Then it broke! Just got off the phone with them, there sending me a new one at no cost! Grant, if this one breaks, I wont be using it anymore. I think it was more my fault than the strap. Even told them that, she said it was no charge. I like the idea it hangs there, so I just might figure something out and modify it a bit so that I can put a loop in it to securely hang the bow.

That is awesome. I bought a blind of theres from wal-mart last year. It was a demo and I got it for like 60% off so I grabbed it up. Well I got home and there was no poles in there for the sides. I emailed them the next day and 2 weeks later I had all the polls and extra stakes at no cost. The seem to try there best to keet the costumer happy!!!!

I had a deer cart that the wheel broke on. My fault, I was using it to transport about 200 lbs(not a deer) and came off a 8" step and shattered the wheel. I told them exactly what happened, it was my fault and could I buy a new wheel. They sent me two new wheels free of charge with in a couple days. Great service.
