Nice Tom Down! We set up on some birds this morning and had them fly down about 125 yds from us. They stood out at 93 yds and hung up, strutted, gobbled and stared at the decoys. Some light purring eased their fear and they trotted on in for a 31 yd shot, in which the 3" magnum made him do a backflip. The other two birds hung around after the shot demonstrating their "newly gained dominance" over him.

Pictured is 15 year old Shawn Twisdom from Lawrence County Pa. It was his second bird and his biggest. 9 1/2" beard, 3/4" spurs and 22 lbs.

Way to go Shawn, Thumbs up!
