Guest bowhunter56
Should i use any adhesive on the screws, when i attach my scope mount to my inline? I heard you could use loctite, medium strength thread lock,
popgun
Re: scope mount question for my inline I always do. Be sure you only put it on the threads of the screw and not down the hole. A lot of the mount holes go all the way through and you can really make a mess. If you don't have any, borrow some fingernail polish. It works well too. I never put loktite on the rings. .....popgun
AJ
Re: scope mount question for my inline Yep, I use Lock-Tite on my scope mount and ring screws. Be sure to degrease the bolt and the hole with acetone or mineral spirits (not rubbing alcahol) prior to using the thread locker.
