Michiganbowhunter_SQ2
Anyone tried these? seems like a good idea to have some in case you need to do a quick fix while at camp or something...i see they make them with blazer vanes as well. i think i am going to order some and give em a whirl. Squirrelhunter91
I tried them and they sucked. I tried the white tube with the 2 orange and 1 yellow blazers. The Shrink Fletch would break off with one bad shot. They would crack and go flying off the shaft. I think they just weren't as durable as I had hoped. Look at this link.. read the italicized font. It clearly says that the Shrink Fletch is not covered under the warranty the company offers. If the Shrink Fletch line is so good, why is it not backed by the company? http://www.extremearchery.com/company_info.html

I have heard nothing but bad results with this. I thought about getting some for a quick fix. But where will I get hot or boiling water in the woods? LOL! I dont carry a small propane stove with me! I keep my jig in a box with everything I need to wrap and re-fletch in my truck. This way I have it when needed.
MUDRUNNER
I have a dozen arrows with them on and haven't had a single problem. Each arrow has about 80-100 shots through my whisker biscuit with out single problem. One thing nice about them is that it's like a wrap and fletching all in one and you can see them real good. When you install them you HAVE to use a glue dot(which is included) at the top and bottom of the tube to keep them from slipping or turning. Dogg6
I picked up a package to try. Not real impressed with them. I have had them crack and slide around after a few shots.I will probably use them up on my target arrows, but I won't waste the money on them again. MUDRUNNER
Hmm,I wonder why they are cracking?Like I said I've had zero problems.I run the water through the coffee pot which seems to be just the right temp,I think boiling would be too hot.I should also mention that I shoot aluminum arrows so maybee they are better on the aluminums for some reason.
