Ohiobucks
Re: New Record 7:00am here. 2 years ago, I thought we set the all time early record at 4:15am. You guys blew us out of the water! Course, my wife didn't let them stay up at 4:15, she isn't much of a "morning" person....

I think my daughter was happy to see that santa made it to Steep Falls.

She said she woke up at 4am, and couldn't go back to sleep, because she was excited about Christmas...lol. brownie65
Re: New Record My daughter & youngest son came downstairs at 1 am. I heard them trying to sneak down the stairs( I was in bed) & Jordan looked under the tree & said Santa hasn't been here yet then my boy started yelling & they went back upstairs. Well my oldest son & my daughter got up & came downstairs at 4 am & Santa had been there. They were real excited. They looked at their presents & played awhile. My boys got some Realtree coloring books so my son sat at the table & colored a deer picture. These are really neat coloring books, makes me want to color, lol. My youngest finally got up at 7 am. Missed160
Re: New Record My oldest, 12 yrs, got up about every hour from 2 till 7. We would hear him start sneaking down the hall & send him back. As tiring as it is, it sure is fun for them..
Guest KSNimrod
Re: New Record Santa always came on Christmas Eve at our house so mom and dad could avoid the early mornings! They always said he had a lot of stops and liked us so he would hit our place earlier than most!
wtnhunt
Re: New Record Our 8 year old daughter got up a little before 6, and it was not very long after that our 3 year old got up. By 7:30, I dont think there were any unopened gifts for the kids left under the tree.
