Guest HoppeMan
Just curious, has anyone here made a wing-bone turkey call? I made two out of my bird this year. I used only the two small wing bones, and it seems to sound good. Might go out and try the sound out in the woods. Anyone else made one? Take care, Nathan
okiedog
I acually saved the wings off my birds this year to try just that. Havn't started on them yet, but it will give me something to play around with. Were did you get your directions from?

need2hunt
I still have the wing bones from my second bird I ever shot (that was quite a few years back:rolleyes: ) I just need to put it together to make it, but it is with all 3 bones not just 2. elnor
I've made a couple from last year's bird. Here's the first one: I'm going to work on some new designs from this year's birds over the coming weeks.
Guest HoppeMan
I used three bones on my first call, but didn't like the sound. So I took off the end bone, and it's a lot shorter with a nicer sound, I think. I found my directions on www.nwtf.com but if that doesn't get you good ones (they weren't very helpful) you can also just Google search it.
