The reason I ask, the number one Christian Facility for cleaning people up...in fact it specializes in getting people clean of their Meth addictions and alcohol abuses....is Teen Challenge.....and it is not what the name implies, there are many more guys older than teens in the program and their are seeing gloryful results.......might be something to keep in mind for your friend.
