muggs
Gotta keep the facts straight ya know. You brought up MJ. Not Me. Oh and isnt LEBO 23.... I didn't bring up MJ. Pretty much every national media personality did, heck Barkley did it after the game had just ended. And he's 22...actually, he just turned 22. Now, admit how scary that is. The media is always going to compare other players to MJ. And for "how scary that is." Im on the Lebron band wagon. I have always like the way he presents himself. Does not seem to the be thug that almost every other NBA player is. And he is on track to be a great player. He is the only reason I even attempt to watch basketball these days. As for my previous comments they was only to get you all fired up. Since you have this thing for teams in cleveland. But I still think he need to be the one taking those game winning shots!! muggs
I like the guy's heart, but I was glad to see Hughes get put on the bench. His "D" has been pretty tight on Billups, but the guy can't shoot and he refuses to drive the lane. Using the rook Gibson showed how productive a jump shooter can be in this Cavs offense...21 points, a career high. It's going to be tough to win two out of three, with two of the games taking place in Detriot, but anything is possible. You know the playoff tested Pistons are going to bring it strong in game 5, I hope my Cavs are ready and step up their own intensity. btw- has anyone ever seen a team that sucks as bad in 3nd quarters as the Cavs do? That will end up hurting them if they don't turn that around.

Could be tuff but they could have already won 2 in Detriot. Glad to see James playing like a leader/winner in the 4th.
muggs
LeBo always plays like a leader, whether it's the 1st or the 4th quarter...it's just that ESPN has convinced you otherwise. If you want the straight facts - minus the media sensationalism - don't walk with the sheep...come ask this sheppard right here and I'll take care of ya. doubleA
Dateline....May 30,2007 I will be at the game tonight where hopefully the Spurs will closeout the Jazz. After that the Spurs will have a little time off the see the out come of the Eastern Finals. In my opinion at least, it really doesnt matter who they play, the Spurs will be the 2006-2007 champions. ......just supporting the somewhat local team lol

OH brother.... My eyes are working just fine I can watch and make my own decisions. Maybe my "leader" was the wrong statement. Glad to see he is making/taking the shots in the 4th. AdvantageTimberLou
Cavs even it up! It looks to be a series, some of those calls are questionable but we'll see what home court advantage does, Detroit needed to win that Game 4, they played some sloppy ball at the end of the 4th quarter. Great to see it possibly go the distance in 7 games though.

AdvantageTimberLou
What calls were questionable Lou? Are talking game two game LeBo got mugged on his way to the hoop? Game 4 were Sheed gets a technical for tossing his headband during a timeout to the equipment guy for the Pistons! That was a joke, ref's really keep an eye on him, there was no need to call that one on him though. He has 5 of them and a 7th one and he will have to sit out a game!! Sheed better be on his best behavior if that is possible!!
doubleA
Spurs Advance.......... Just returned from the game, they put on a clinic for 3 quarters and take the series 4-1. With a score of 109-84 the Spurs advance to the finals!!!!! NEXT

Tominator
Lebron is going to win this series on his own. The rest of the league better look out when he gets some help!!! Yep, I guess ol' LeBron played some piggy back last night, eh? Heard on the news he scored the last 25 pts all by himself.
muggs
Come on guys, LeBron stinks. He can't close out games, he's afraid to take the shots that count, and he's never going to be anything like Mike. All jokes aside, that was one of the best individual performances I've ever seen, at least in my lifetime. Jordan's "flu game" and when he went off for 62 are probably the only performances I'd place ahead of what I just saw last night. :eek:We are all witnesses..... Tominator
:eek:We are all witnesses..... Only thing I witnessed was a dusty ol' food plot last night. You should have a nice spot to hunt this year though. (Talked to Elanora the other day, we're good to go)

Chrud
I don't watch much pro basketball. Last night was the first time I've really watched LeBron in a big time game. I only watched the last 7 or 8 minutes of the 4th and both overtimes. But all I could say was "wow". For all the heat he got for not taking that shot in Game 1, he sure tore it up last night. Scoring the last 25 points or whatever for Cleveland. Detroit knew he was going to shoot and they couldn't do anything to stop him.
Michiganbowhunter_SQ2
yep, that should quiet all those critics who complained leron couldn't hit the big shot. of course the piston defense falling apart at the end helped to. this series is over. unfortunately i think the spurs are going to handle the cavs pretty easy though, they are a bit better than detroit, have a better big man, home court advantage, play better defense and won't hit a slump like the pistons did this series. good luck to them though and i sure hope i am wrong. muggs
Lee, the Cavs beat the Spurs easily in their two regular season matchups. Cavs Head Coach Mike Brown is from the Spurs system and know Pops' coaching strategy in-and-out. True, the playoffs are a different story...but, I wouldn't count my boys out if they can make it to the finals.
Michiganbowhunter_SQ2
like i said, i hope i am wrong..i wouldn't call a 4 point win and a 7 point win, beating a team easily...the pistons came into this series on a slump, and never recovered (at least up to this point)...the spurs are playing great basketball right now and i don't see them struggling anytime soon...but we shall see...this series isn't over YET, but i don't see the pistons pulling one out of their arse like last year. muggs
It was an awesome weekend to be in Cleveland. I hung out down there both nights, and Saturday was amazing. Spurs are heavy favorites, can't really argue with that, but I'm not counting my Cavs out. They have the best player on the floor, momentum is on their side, and I think their style of play matches up well against the Spurs. Actually, I think the Cavs can really take Duncan out of his game for the most part, so the keys will be Parker and Manu. We have trouble with slashers like them. We'll see what happens.
