Guest Andrea
I am tired of trying to come up with new ideas for cooking. What's your favorite "quick and easy" recipe for dinner? And leave out the "Hamburger Helper" stuff, my family hates it.
leatherneck
Ok here you go I am actually doing this right now. I love this stuff Indredients: 4 fresh, boneless, skinless chicken breast 4 Tbs melted butter 1 tsp seasoned salt 1 tsp paprika 4 cup cooked instant wild rice 8 Oz salad shrimp cooked 1 cup 1\2 inch diced swiss cheese 1\2 cup sliced green onions 4 Tbs Miricle Whip ( or regular mayo if you are one of those freaks hehehe. but the miricle whip gives much more flavor in this) Preparation: mix stuffing in a bowl. pound chicken flat with a meat cleaver. fold each breast around 1\4 of the stuffing put stuffed chicken in a 12 inch greased pan, (I use cast iron) top with melted butter, seasoned salt and paprika. bake uncovered at 375 for 30 min. heat remaining rice mixture to melt the cheese and then place the chicken on a bed of it. this stuff is wonderful!!! :D

buckee
Put on a pot of water and make up a package of Kraft dinner macoroni and cheese. (you can add extra chedder if you like, I do) while the water in boiling and the macoroni is cooking..... Fry up some onions and red peppers (and put them aside in a bowl) Fry up a 1 or 2 lb of venison burger (in some olive oil) and add your favourite meat spices. Cube up some fresh tomato. When everything is cooked, throw it all together and call it buckee hash and enjoy ..LOL you can add mushrooms to the fry list and anything else you have handy to if you like.
