doubleA
I picked these 2 Cooper M22 Varminter's the other day . The 243 Win is topped of with a Nikon 5.5x16.5x44 with BDC and the 25-06 is wearing a Leupold 8.5x25x50 LR. Both guns exhibit fiddle back in them but due to the overcast skies it's not present. I had a chance to start breaking in the barrel on 243 the other day. Shot a few loads with a 70 gr Nosler Ballistic Tip and various powders. Nothing real earth shattering yet but a load using R19 put 5 shots into 3/8ths of an inch. Here's the duo........... ......and here are the 3 loads I tried, they are 5 shot groups, barrel was cleaned betwwen groups. a side note...my 6.5x284 M22 now has appx 50 rounds through it and is shooting well, the barrel cleans easily and fouls very little. These are wonderful little varminters.
