Turkeygirl
Went out for a walk in the evening yesterday. The alfalfa fields had been cut and picked up so nice open fields. Went up to by the gravel pit and saw this: One to the left I think is a gobbler, his head is reddish looking, other two I think might be the hens with one being the bearded hen. So I'm watching them then a hen comes out of these pines bordering this field, she was by herself and didn't go twards them. Then I notice little dark blobs falling behind her in the grass, Poults!!! Didn't get any photos, too far, but that's the first time in awhile I've seen poults here! Looksl ike the turkey population is finally rebounding on this land. I spooked another turkey off another part of the gravel pit, so overall 5 adult birds and who knows how many poults.

Bachflock
I finally saw 4 birds after weeks of not seeing a single turkey. I haven't spotted any poults yet.
