Guest OlliedenHnter06
This is a rough sketch of my farm and was wondering what looks like a good hunting spots to you guys. Sry so ugly lol
Tom2008
I'm thinking between the two corn fields and between the two food plots might be a great choice if you can find some good sign in there. Its hard to say where to go without knowing where the deer are, but you sure do have some nice land.
jcs3344
from the sketch looks like between the corn field and the alfafa field would be a good place in thoughs woods. Looks like it might be a good funnel area where the deer use the trees to travel between the two fields.
MikeB
I agree with jcs. Depending on the wind that looks good.
muggs
The small strip of woods, to the right of the big water (top of the page), in between those two food plots.
BowtechTurkeyHunter
Where is there bedding area on that picture? ... you need to be between the bedding and the food its that simple ... that water hole on the left side with the tree line above it looks like a good place also ... but like I said between the bedding and the food ... husker
i think in the north by the foodplot, cornfield and water. has all the things they need, plus there are trees for cover. but it also depends on if you can get to that spot without spooking deer. buckee
This is how I see it, but a lot depends on the srrounding property, and whther it bush, fields, etc. And like said above, you have to keep the prevailing winds in mind, when setting up permatant spots. Scouting for trails to and from feeding areas is esential to finding exactly where your going to position yourself for the best oportunity and if you're bow-hunting, you want to be as close as you can get without tripping over them..LOL
ODH
right between the alfalfa field and the corn field below the water. that would be a good spot
Born4it
I would say on that draw between the larger pond, two corn fields, two food plots, and alfalfa field. It's a nice funnel where there is 3 different food choices, water, and probably some bedding area in those woods. I would just ay to look for places where things meet. The SW corner as it's pictured looks fairly promising as well where the food meets the water and some woods. Scout, scout, scout! Good luck, Ryan
