I got word this morning from Okbwhtr that Ed Wheeler passed away at his home.

Dan said that he shot with Ed last weekend at a 3-D met.

I have known Ed close to 30 years. Ed had a 3-D Range and Pro Shop here Ada, Oklahoma. Ed was just a great guy to be around. Always had a smile on his face...

Ed was a recurve shooter for Hoyt and a great one at that...

I got some pics off of Archerytalk so yall can see him...

Wow this has really hit me hard folks...

Your going to be missed Ed...Rest in peace buddy...

Sorry to hear about that. Will say a prayer for his family. This is going down as the worst week for RT. Will also pray that things take a turn for the better and that everyone stays healthy and safe this year. God bless all you guys.

Very sad to hear that this morning. Ed was a great guy, full of info on archery. He has been in it along time. His shop and range is about 1 mile from my work, and I use to go out there during lunch just to listen to some of the stories he would tell. He will truly be missed.
