Turkeygirl
Well this doesn't compare to anything happening on RT like our loss of Exturkinator or Gator's divorce, but I'll share;) Got to the chiropractor last night. this time he said my back was 3/4" out of alignment:eek: Just from tripping on the porch, geesh. He said no twisting motion, lifting, that type of stuff. So basically, in better words, all I can do this coming week is sit, stand, walk, sleep, lol:mad: At joint staff training we usually play games stuff in between classes..looks like I'll be sitting out of those, argh. I'm definitely an active person, not one you likes to have to sit on the side. Now I just have to tell the camp director today and enlist some help from the other counselors in carrying my stuff:D Shouldn't be bad...I'm just annoyed I basically can't do anything! buckee
You do what the doctor says and take good care of your back. Back injuries come back to haunt you later on in life. (speaking from experience)
OJR
You need to see a regular doctor or a spinal specialist! If your back is slipping out that easy, there is something going on that needs further attention! Good luck!
Bachflock
Sounds like its time to get out the big buck videos and rest awhile!
