wtnhunt
Finally seeing green in my daughters plot now. Planted May 20th, unfortunately took a while before we got any rain on it, but looks like it may turn out ok. Here is a link to the thread from the beginning starting out with this plot http://www.realtree.com/forums/showthread.php?t=56809

Tominator
Some of that grass you're seeing is probably the millet, milo and buckwheat.
dogdoc
thanks for the update---hopefully now with a little soil moisture it will take off!
Ravin R10 man
William, some times it is hard to watch the seed just sit there.Rain, heat ,and moisture along with alot of patience, it will take off and still produce.

Tominator
That turned out pretty good for the lack of rain y'all had.

LETMGROW
Good job William. Hope your daughter is as proud of the work as you are. We are having the same problem as you, little rain all summer long and the plots are way behind. [ July for ex. Only 3 1/2" total rainfall.] Best of luck in the competition.
