Squirrelhunter91
I know these pics are almost a week old, but I haven't been able to get batteries for my camera so these are my most recent pics. This buck showed up out of no where with the other big buck that I posted pics of. This buck looks to be younger than the other one, but with better antler development. I didn't get any pics of the other buck that night.. Just the one pic with him feeding on some grass in the background. Also.. I think he's a lot dumber than the other buck, on the count of my sighting of him yesterday. He was feeding in the middle of a field in a bungalow development within 50 yards of very loud people playing even louder music. He didn't have a care in the world. I was able to walk up to him at about 15 yards before he even picked his head up and looked in my direction.
Tominator
Good pics Joe. Amazing how they come back to that same spot year after year. Do you have minerals out or something?
Squirrelhunter91
Chris.. nope.. all that is illegal here in NY. There is a bird feeder around there that the coons and squirrels tip and excess seed spills out all over, but for the most part, the deer go through there because it's a funnel to the reservoir at the bottom of the ridge. They get up around 5:00 AM and again later at 6:00 PM to go get a drink down at the stream/reservoir. Plus.. they're suburban deer. They have nowhere to go and they have trails that would do a herd of Angus proud. I could set my cam on any given trail and have pics. wtnhunt
Looks like he will have a pretty good spread Joe. Like Chris said, it is cool you get the same deer coming back around.

Tominator
I also think it's interesting to see the antler pattern. It's always the same, wide thin main beams, little brows and usually good symmetrics. Definitely the same gene pool in that area.
