QDMAworks4me
Going to get rid of my WB this year. Anyone use the QAD Ultra Rest or Ripcord arrow rest? I had the WB and did not like it, I bought the new Rip cord and love it!!! I would suggest trying it, to me it was the best choice.
Jeramie
Never used either but I have heard a lot of good things about the Ripcord. Personally im using a Shakey Hunter but any improvement on an already amazing design (fall aways) isnt a bad thing! Btw, youre making a great choice switching to the fall away. wheelin99xj
I use the QAD Ultra Hunter series and it works really good. The thing I liked about it over the Ripcord was that you can let down and the rest stays up the Ripcord falls down. Not a big deal but I thought it was a benefit and the hunter series is also just $50.
Guest shakes117
I"ve had had the rip cord for the past couple of season and love it. only draw back with it was that it make some noise when you drew back, but it is an fix to get rid of the noise. Widowmaker
I put a QAD ultra rest hunter on my drenalin and love it! Wouldn't have a rest that wasn't total containment and love the fact that you can still have a slow let-down and it still stays "cocked" until fired. Tom2008
I just bought the new ripcord and it is awesome! I love how you can put the rest in the up position. Just put some moleskin on the V and on the bar going above the rest.
Chrud
You might want to check out Schaffer ( http://www.schafferarchery.com ). They've got three models, the MAT-1 for Mathews, TEC-1 for Hoyt and the GEN-II for BowTech and other bows. Each model is made specifically for each bow. Rather than just bolting on to the bow, the Schaffer's lock on. It's a really cool design. I had a MAT-1 on my Mathews for a bit.
Bownarow
muzzy, muzzy, muzzy. Oh yeah, did I mention I would recommend the Muzzy Zero Effect?
RUTNSTRUT
Vapor Trail Limb Driver Pro is an awesome drop away. The best thing is that the cord for the rest attaches to your upper limb and not your cable. Thus there is no chance in time that it will affect the timing of your bow.
