No sleep for me last night.....

Typically I hit the bed like a ton of bricks. I rarely miss out on sleep. Sunday I had severe pain in my shoulder, I think I may have separated it or something working this weekend.

I took 800mg of Ibuprofen and went out about 30-minutes later. Last night was a different story. My shoulder again. It then moved into my back. Its not a muscle though. Its in the joint. However I think my back pain stems from leaving the house at 4:00, Driving and hour, sitting behind my desk from 5:00 to 5:00, and then getting back in the car for another hour drive. Whatever the case, it stunk.

We laid down at roughly 9:15, At 11:00 I still couldn't sleep. Finally I got up and took 800mg of Ibuprofen again. I had wait for it to kick in so I sat down to a bowl of Blue Bell (homemade vanilla) with Hershey's, strawberry, and pineapple topping. :D

Everything finally kicked in and killed the pain at roughly 12:10 so I made it to the couch. I finally slept there for about an hour and then woke up long enough to make it to bed. The alarm went off at 3:00 and I hit snooze until 4:00. Now Im plain dead.

If I dont have a lot of hot projects today Im probably leaving early and heading home to hit the sheets...
