hutchies
We are gonna be out of town this weekend. So last night the wife and kids went to town while I mowed one of mom's yards over at the other house. They brought back Pizza and I'm thinking sweet we don't have to cook. Unbenounced to me they also went to walmart. We're sitting at the table and she asks if I want my present now.......I said whenever you guys want to do it. I'm expecting some sweet little number made by my kids. A card, picture, or Something. They all run out to the Durango............. and the kids lead me from the porch to the rear of the Durango blind folded. When I open my eyes here sits one of these: http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=5280783

bowin_in_illinois
My birthday and fathers day are usually just a few days apart, so I usually get a "combined" gift. I got mine early this year because There were things she wanted me to do with my present. I think you'll figure it out once you see what I got...lol:
wtnhunt
Posted a pic of my birthday/fathers day gift in the rifle room http://www.realtree.com/forums/showthread.php?t=58616 , picked it up last Friday. Told the wife not to worry about getting me anything, but she will probably still pick up a little something to try to surprise me.
Tominator
I'm hoping to get some peace and quiet so I can watch the U.S. Open without hearing a 5 year old cry, and 3 other kids bicker.

Newarcher
Nothing! I am actually selling my Kimber (Tactical Custom II) and am going to buy a used CDP Ultra (with holster, mags, etc) for the same price so we can call that my gift. With a Father's day gift, I end up getting the bill anyway so why have her buy something that I will hate and then get the bill for it? For about 5 years running, she kept buying me these silk camp shirts that get this weird smell to them when you wear them. Finally, I had to force her to look me in the eye and nicely...yet firmly...say "don't ever buy me another silk shirt ever again....I hate them....no I loathe them". About six months later, I was able to sleep in the bed again. I will probably get my Dad a grill from WalMart. New

One of our bridesmaids is going to be here and we are going to the "Outback Cafe" on the 19th! That is going to be our anniversary and father's day presents all in one! G-Daddy
I will probably get Lowe's gift cards so I can replenish the supplies that my kids and their families pilfer.
bowin_in_illinois
I will probably get Lowe's gift cards so I can replenish the supplies that my kids and their families pilfer. You need to learn the benefits of a "dummy box" I have a "dummy box" with a full set of crappy tools, that people (family and friends) can borrow out of, and if they misplace or break something...no big deal. I keep my nice set hidden away, and they don't even know it exists.

MCH
My birthday falls on father's day this year so I should get to double up. I'm actually taking the family to the Fort Worth Zoo this Saturday. Sunday, I plan on playing 36 holes in the morning and settling in for a home cooked meal and watching pro golfers "attempt" to make par at Oakmont. bfletch7441
Maybe another kid! My wife is due any day now, and I'm hoping she'll hold on until Sunday. I'd never let her hear me say that cause she's huge and uncomfortable as can be, but it would be cool. If not that, there's no telling. JaLynn is pretty good at buying really good and surprising presents for people. Ben

Maybe I can get Muggs his very own Brett Favre autograph seen as how he's such a big fan.:D:D:D

Guest Andrea
Cool grill. Those stainless steel ones are NICE. I got my Dad a personalized life preserver to put on his pontoon boat. Says "Capt. Mike" on it. And got my paw-in-law a Thermacell he's been askin about.
