wtnhunt Posted June 12, 2007 Report Share Posted June 12, 2007 My oldest daughter lost the rubber eye cup off of her burris binos last fall sometime during the youth hunt. Have had the binoculars right at a year now. Checked the burris site and found the customer service link and sent them a message. Heard back from them in just a few minutes, they asked my address, shot them a message back with the address and they said they would send out replacement eye cups right away, no questions asked.
