Steven
A friend of mine in high school had an albino skunk. he was like a cat with a personality. Really one of the coolest critters I've ever met. They are a lot of fun.
Guest Andrea
They used to have an albino female. They use a litter box just like a cat, do not shed ( well, once a year they do but it's mild) and eat vegtables and dog food. They also have quite a personality!!!! And unlike raccoons....they don't destroy your house.
Tominator
I've got one hanging around, tearing up my lawn, crapping in the grass. Come on up, he's all yours.
buckee
Cute little stinker, isn't it. We're not allowed to keep wildlife as pets up here.

Shaun_300
LOL! A pet skunk, never heard of such a thing, pretty cool though! :D I almost Chevyed one last week, and saw about 6 of them dead hit by cars in a 55 mile stretch up to the lake today. We have LOTS you can have Andrea......
sureshot
I could send you some but they will not allow me to send anythign with the word skunk in it any more, last time I ordered some skunk scent[trapping lure] they sent it through the post office and it kind of opened a bit, stunk many places up, still hear about it nearly 10 years later, especially after I told them it was purfume for the wife lol!! Seriously I do hear they make great pets and they are kind of cute in there little way!I would prefer a couger or bear but thats just me lol!! toddyboman
Pretty sure thats not legal here in MO. I bet it would be interesting to have one. Can you imagine the looks one would get as they take it around with them..

Jeramie
When we were kids we hit a momma with a hay sickle. She had about 4-5 babies. We found them in a dead tree. We nursed them for a while. Eventually they were big enough to play with. Fun little critters until my aunt got bit by one. Rabies being what they are you can imagine the outcome. Btw, I had an infestation problem on my place a while back. I literally counted 12 at one time. I killed countless over a 2-month period. The buzzards were happy.... Personally Im not a fan anymore, not so much....
Guest Andrea
What's weird is that there are skunks here in Florida but I have NEVER seen one. Not hunting, not dead on the road. And neither has ANYONE I know! But you do occasionally smell one when you're going down the road.
arrow32
I wouldn't have one of them for a pet for nothing. We were sitting at my Grandpas two days ago and here comes a mommy and her babies omgolly that was the most of them dang things I ever saw in one place. Very neat to watch them run around tho. AdvantageTimberLou
you want a little girl? if you want that one holding that skunk you'll have to ask her parents!! LOL!! Skunks do not belong as pets, let them run free and give this great country that aroma that only their own mother could love!
gone_postal
Funny story.......our neighbor lady used to raise all kinds of wild animals, skunks, racoons, foxes, deer, you name it ....she tried it! One day, the baby skunk somehow crawled in her big purse...when she was checking out her groceries, it managed to crawl out and got on the counterline........when the checkout lady saw it, she screamed and then passed out!! hutchies
My mother in law got a baby possum a few weeks ago. Nastiest thing I have ever seen. I hate possums, skunks, dillos, and all them critters.
