Guest Andrea
GIVE ME A BREAK!!!!!!!!!!!!!! All over the news right now: Apparently NBC is paying Paris Hilton $1 million to interview her when she gets out of jail. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??????????? I hope that sponsors and the public come down hard on NBC for this like they did when OJ was going to publish his stupid book. Who cares what she has to say about her "hard time" in "jail"???? buckee
That's a real head-shaker all right. And they call this crap NEWS...LOL With all the good and bad things going on around this world, you'd think they could come up with some real NEWS for a change..eh:rolleyes: I'd gladly do an interview about Paris Hilton for 1/10th the cost...LMBO
toddyboman
Obviously NBC has nothing better to do and to much money. But sadly you know if they do it their ratings will be high at that time. :(
muggs
Well, she does need the money.

wildside
Poor girl - she gets no attention . . . . Isn't that "tabloid television"? Did they also have live action footage of the Lochness monster, Bigfoot and of Elvis at the Kalamazoo Burger King (you know that's where he was last seen just a few years ago)?! Maybe all three even buying burgers and fries together? But none for Paris, of course, who's just one stomach flu away from her goal weight. Buckee's right - there are far more important things going on in the world worthy of news coverage and our time.

wildside
Credit where credit's due The stomach flu line is a funny one, and I'm glad it made for some chuckles! But I can't take full credit on that one - if I remember correctly, I heard it in the movie "The Devil Wears Prada". . . .

wtnhunt
Thought it was kind of nice that she had not been in the news every time I turned the TV on. Thought it might last til she got out of jail, at least I hoped it would. Guess not huh.

Yeah, they denied it. Then they cancelled the interview altogether. Good for them. I can imagine all the flap they were probably getting. Griz
Good deal...I'm glad they pulled the plug on that... They should give her another 6 months just for thinking about it...
Nut
What is wrong with capitalism? I would not give a interview for free.
