Turkeygirl
So I went to the chiropractor today...he said I was an inch and a quarter out of alignment...didn't know if he meant my lower back or hip..but they are all connected so oh well, lol. He also checked out my left knee....I injured it hiking in the high peaks in the Adirondacks two years ago while still in college. The other day at camp went for a run. Then after a campfire, went into the dining hall and couldn't completely extend my leg with weight on it when walking...same pain and area as 2 years ago. He said I sprained the LCL and gave me a brace for it and said don't do any running/cutting/alot of hiking/steep hills, all that stuff for a week to 10 days. This is the first week of campers and I'm sure I'll feel stressed and my way to deal with stress is to exercise. Well now I can't do that or even play the game optionals we do like 6 flags or ultimate frisbee and what not. Argh...I'm not a good non-active person....Now I ust have to tell the director my back was messed up and now my knee...geesh. Of course, camp will still be fun. I'm here for a reason and I'm going to enjoy it!

OJR
I think you should go to a orthopedic surgeon and have some x-rays or a MRI done! If your back is going out of whack that easy, there is something going on that won't show up on x-rays! A little bit of caution now could save a whole lot of trouble for you!
