There are supposedly 1,000,000 questions in the mix and there are bound to be some bad ones. I usually get about 1 repeat question per day after a couple months of playing. We all play different quizzes each day, but some questions are the same.

Have to wonder about some of these as actually be factual seeing as there are typos and such. The Lake Michigan question is a farse.

That would be part of the reason I quit playing. Those questions are put together by members of that site, dont think they are checked to be proven facts.

What the heck is Wicca? Lucky guess there.

Witchcraft ...Now why didn't I get that question:D

Think somewhere in this thread that question was asked about by Andrea and the answer had nothing to do with withcraft. Matter of fact if I remember right she said the answer was something about white or purity:eek:

I never heard of referring to something as a "newton", have you???? I thought pounds was correct because you always hear stuff like "It had a thousand POUNDS of thrust".:confused::confused:

My question:

2. The standard unit of measurement used for measuring force is which of the following?

Your Answer: Pounds

The correct answer was Newton.

Andrea, they are talking about physics calculations. In the USA, everything is stated in pounds --- but really forces are calculated in Newtons. F=MA Force (in Newtons) = Mass (in KG) * Acceleration (in m/s)... We calculate it using metric systems, but STILL have to translate... Thats why you never heard of Newtons, because USA hasn't adopted the metric system yet.
