Ohiobucks
Does anyone have any experience with a Ripcord rest? I'm considering one for my Trykon, I like the idea of the arrow being secure until the release. http://www.cabelas.com/cabelas/en/templates/links/link.jsp?id=0039039418215a&type=product&cmCat=search&returnPage=search-results1.jsp&QueryText=ripcord&N=4887&Ntk=Products&Ntx=mode+matchall&Nty=1&Ntt=ripcord&noImage=0 Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks, T

Guest bowhunter56
I use to install them where i worked, they are good and work good, just have to have them tied in correctly, to insure they drop, but you have this with any rest that is tied in to your buss cable. ODH
it's the best rest IMO. They work really well and secure your arrow as well.
257bob
I have been using one for two years and I love it. Truthfully though I have had one problem with the rest. The rest wasn't falling. I sent it in and they sent me a new rest, amazing customer service. I would definitely recomend the Rip Cord as an accurate and reliable rest. VtBowhunter
I just switched to one and it's awesome.......the speed in which the rest drops is excellent......faster then any other I've used, so you'll get great arrow clearance.
christsavedme
Got a buddy that won't shoot anything else! He has been shooting it for the last two seasons and loves it......think I am fixing to retire the WB and go to one myself!
Guest wildotter
Going to get a RipCord this year! All my buddies shoot them, and love 'em!
Master_Chief
Just bought one a couple days ago. So far so good. Beats having my fletching tore up with a WB.

Buckslayer
I got one last year, worked very good, I really liked it. Seeing that past tense there, does that mean you no longer have the rest? If so, why did you get rid of it booner?
hornaddiction
I have one on each of my bows, works great!!

I went from a Wisker Biskit to a Trophy Taker, and ended up sticking with the Ripcord. You won't regret buying one!!!!!!!!!

AdvantageTimberLou
Had one and sold it, they are nice but I shot a Mathews with a Vital Bow Gear Kazaway on it that is the mack daddy of rests. It truly does hold the arrow until you shoot. You can spin the bow 360 degrees and the arrow does not move at all. It captures the shaft. The Ripcord cradles it but it still will hit up against that top bracket. Rip Cord is good but the Kazaway will be on my bow for a long time! Tell us Tom how you like it once you get it on your Trykon.

Ohiobucks
Well, I got the Ripcord installed and zeroed in today, man is it quiet. Easy to install, easy to tune, so far I'm impressed with it very much. The pull cord "football" attachment is a lot easier to use vs. serving it in. A+ so far.
