Turkeygirl
Excellent news!! After waiting to hear back about if I got accepted into Nursing School...some mail came today. A letter and certificate saying I have been accepted into the Nursing program for the 2007-2008 school year! Yaaaayyyyyy:D I guess all the fun stuff begins though like financial aid, health records, orientation, fun fun fun.... I was feeling a little nervous waiting to see if I was accepted but I was trying to be faithful and trust God...if it's meant to be, it would be. And summer orientation also occurs during the week of my long break from camp...a blessing in disguise:) Ok, time for ice cream to celebrate:eek:

Turkeygirl
Congrats Ruth. Will you be considered a grad student, or undergrad with degree? Well I already have a 4 yr. degree which I still plan on using, but this is a 2 yr. program for an A.A.S degree in Nursing (RN).

Bachflock
That is spectacular news! My wife is on the waiting list at the local community college - has been since 2004. She received a letter last year saying there had been some "restructuring" of how students were admitted. She stopped in recently to inquire where she was on the list and they told her it would be no earlier than winter 2008!! Frustrating! Point being - what a blessing that you've made it in! Congrats!!
